Demetrius Tsafaridis - President & CEO
Demetrius Tsafaridis is the president and chief executive offiicer of CareGo. Founded in 1999 as a 3rd party logistics provider specializing in serving the steel industry, CareGo has evolved considerably under his leadership.
Early on, Demetrius recognized the important role automation and optimization technology could play in making CareGo more effiicient and effective. This vision culminated in the creation of the first fully automated steel warehouse in Canada. This "genesis" facility was run by software and crane automation systems that were to become the patented TELIA technology the company markets today.
In September 2015 Demetrius sold the logistics part of CareGo to Canadian Pacific Railway enabling the company to focus on developing sophisticated automated material handling systems for steel mills and service centers throughout Canada, the United States and Europe.
Walter Krancevic - Chief Commercial Officer
With a proven track record of driving business development and building relationships in some of the most competitive markets in the world, Walter Krancevic is responsible for leading the sales and marketing activities of the CareGo organization.
His 30 years of experience in international trade and supply chain innovation help him ensure that CareGo customers enjoy the best possible return on their investment.
Anna Skowron - Controller
Anna joined CareGo in April 2016 and is responsible for the financial management and reporting of the organization. Her career includes public practice at one of Burlington’s leading firms and significant experience in the metals industry. She is a graduate of the University of Toronto and holds a CPA, CA designation.
David Jenkins - Advisor
With a background in business valuation and strategy development, David is responsible for leveraging the company’s proprietary products to revenue opportunities and building internal operational capacity.
Pascal Lachance - Vice President, Supply Chain Innovation
Pascal’s responsibilities include overseeing product development and the project management of major client contracts and internal projects. His background is in business and technology consulting.
Robert Edwards - Director, Engineering
Bob heads up CareGo’s engineering group, specializing in project/building design for greater efficiency. He is a civil engineer by training and a LEED Accredited Professional, accredited by the Canada Green Building Council. Bob’s name is on the patented Artemis pallet.
Glenn Nicholson - Director, Automation
Glenn provides technical oversight and coordination of automation projects, and direction on research and development goals, new automated technology and the continued improvement of CareGo’s existing technology products.
Mary Donmoyer - Director, Project Management
Mary is responsible for all aspects of CareGo’s ISO certification, including policies and procedures, tracking, auditing and documentation. Her background is in scheduling and systems.
Chris Errington - Director, Sales
Chris Errington joined CareGo as director of sales in December 2015. Chris is driven by the principles of honesty and integrity. His success as a sales professional comes from his unrelenting passion to deliver "win-win" solutions and his commitment to exceed his customers expectations at every opportunity.
