Customer Support

We offer our clients on-going customer support, which is available 24 / 7 via phone and email.

The goal of the Customer Support Team is to:

  • Maintain high level of up-time on the automation resources
  • Address operator / supervisor questions
  • Interface with the HMI to address any issues on the shop floor
  • Facilitate minor changes / enhancements
  • Identify any bugs / fixes etc

As your partner we will ensure you are up and running and delivering return on your TELIA investment.

Access to Product Development and R & D

CareGo has an extensive Product Development and R & D program.  We have over 4 streams of inputs to this program and one of them includes you, our customers.  If you have an idea we want to hear from you.  Ideas can include but are not limited to:

  • New reports
  • New features
  • Complimentary product offerings
  • TELIA extensions into other operations
  • System integrations and apps
